Staffing Match are looking for Administrator/Warehouse Clerk for one of the UK's leading logistics and distribution companies in the fashion industry, based in CRICK, Daventry NN6

Pay Rate as an Administrator/Warehouse Clerk:

• £9.00 per hour

Available shifts as an Administrator/Warehouse Clerk:

• Mon-Fri Shift
• 07:00 - 15:00

Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide timely reconciliation of our inbound deliveries versus our system records and ensure any differences are documented which will require prompt investigation and resolution to mitigate financial, reputation and regulatory risk.

Your role as an Administrator/Warehouse Clerk:

• Perform a variety of reconciliations for the DHSC and SCCL daily
• Answer queries from our internal customers and relevant departments within the business
• Ensure all investigations are logged in the required systems and raised to the relevant business team with effective communication
• Ensure reconciliation "best practice" is used when performing all reconciliations
• Ensure appropriate escalation is employed when identifying reconciliation anomalies
• Show a high level of risk awareness
• Aid where required on all ad hoc business requests and project

Experience & Personal Attributes as an Administrator/Warehouse Clerk:

• Experience of reconciliations preferable
• JDA experience preferred but not essential
• Aptitude and willingness to learn
• Good level of IT Skills (Inc. Excel & MS office package)
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Highly numerate
• Flexible to meet the demands of team working
